Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Class Teacher to join our vibrant educational team, specialising in Reception or Year 1. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment, fostering the academic and social development of young learners. Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons in line with the national curriculum for Reception or Year 1 pupils.
* Plan, prepare, and assess lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs and abilities.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting a positive and respectful atmosphere conducive to learning.
* Monitor student progress through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to pupils and parents.
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment where all children feel valued and supported.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop school programmes and participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.
* Support the social and emotional well-being of pupils through appropriate behaviour management strategies.
* Maintain accurate records of attendance, behaviour, and academic progress in compliance with school policies.

* Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and development stages.
* Proven ability in behaviour management techniques suitable for young children.
* Excellent teaching skills with the ability to adapt methods to meet individual learning needs.
* Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
