Key Responsibilities
* Support diary management, meetings, and general admin.
* Assist with sales administration.
* Coordinate induction sessions and candidate travel.
* Prepare monthly/quarterly award & incentive invoices.
* Arrange travel for Directors, Managers & visiting teams.
* Help plan Group events, sales meetings & company celebrations.
Personal Qualities
* Professional, discreet and confident communicating with all levels.
* Strong administrative background.
* IT literate; proficient in the use of Microsoft, including Word and Excel.
* Excellent communication skills at all levels (internally and externally), both written and verbal.
* Very well organized, able to juggle multiple deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail.
* High standards of professionalism.
* Be willing to engage and learn.
* Able to drive (advantageous but not essential).
