Berry Recruitment is a well-established, nationwide agency with over 20 offices across the UK. Thanks to our growing client base, we’re now looking for a Temps Consultant to join our team.

Or someone with transferrable skills from sales, staffing, or customer service who wants to learn the ropes of recruitment
What you’ll be doing:

Building relationships with new and existing clients to win more business
4.
Handling compliance and admin (keeping everything legal and on track)
5.
Screening, interviewing, and registering candidates
6.
Managing both temporary and permanent recruitment processes from start to finish

Proactive, motivated, and enthusiastic, with a drive to win new business

Excellent customer service skills, able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
9.
Confident communicator — you can’t be afraid to pick up the phone (it’s essential in this role!)

Tenacious, resilient, and able to thrive in a target-driven environment
11.
Organised, proactive, and able to balance working independently with being part of a team
12.
Interviewing experience and ideally some training experience
