Our esteemed client is seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant to join their Residential Sales Team based in the vibrant Kensington area. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational prowess, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude towards teamwork and learning. Responsibilities:
* Prepare property brochures
* Handle invoicing processes for the team efficiently.
* Register new buyers and maintain up-to-date client information in our databases.
* Coordinate with potential buyers, arranging viewings, and managing diaries effectively.
* Maintain client files and keep residential client databases organized.
* Assist with invoicing and debt collection, ensuring timely payments and minimal debt accrual.
* Cultivate and nurture trusted relationships with clients to streamline onboarding processes.
Responsibilities to Head of National Country House Department:
* Draft client correspondence, including pitch reports and general letters.
* Manage diaries and inboxes efficiently.
* Coordinate internal and external meetings.
* Oversee social media accounts such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
* Process expense claims accurately and promptly.
Experience:
* Proven ability to prioritise tasks and coordinate effectively to meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in IT skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook)
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a background in customer service.
* Prior experience interpreting AML regulations and executing client due diligence.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
This position is based in our clients South Ken office, offering a stimulating environment and growth opportunities.
The salary range for this role is £25,000 – £28,000 per annum.
