We are looking for a Graduate Digital Construction Coordinator to join our Construction team based in Glasgow. This is a structured graduate development programme designed to provide experiences and tools for progression within your chosen career.
Location: Glasgow – with flexibility to travel/relocate across the region
Starting Salary: £30,000 per annum, with potential £4,750 car allowance depending on eligibility
Pathway: Permanent, Full-time 2-year programme, leading to a Digital Construction Coordinator role upon completion with salary potential of CIRCA £38k
Starting date: September 2026

What will you be responsible for?
As a Graduate Digital Construction Coordinator, you will work within the Construction team supporting a variety of digitally enabled projects across varying sectors. The role sits within our Digital Construction function and will focus on enabling the use of appropriate tools and technologies to support project delivery from inception to in-use. You will be aware of the information management process across projects, ensuring compliance with industry/Kier standards and helping to deliver against client requirements. You will report ongoing progress and highlight any risk to the project team and/or line manager to ensure support is given to achieve accelerated and consistent adoption of digital construction techniques.
Your Day To Day Will Include
* Supporting the digital construction team in educating and raising awareness with respect to our digital deliverables on projects
* Developing technical skills related to model viewing and federation software to review graphical information and assist with clash detection and issue management processes
* Developing technical skills to review model data related to client information requirements
* Supporting the delivery of BIM and digital training to internal colleagues and external consultants / subcontractors
* Liaising with external consultants to ensure project deliverables are maintained in accordance with the BIM Execution Plan

We are looking for graduates in 2026 or recent graduates (within the past three years) with a degree in Construction Management / Architecture / Structural Engineering / Building Services or a related field.
