Job Summary
We are looking for Flexible Cleaning Operatives to join our growing team. This is a flexible, zero-hour role suited to individuals who want varied work across different sites, including offices, commercial buildings, markets, colleges, and event spaces.
As a Flexible Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining safe, clean, and hygienic environments. You may be called to work across various locations in Birmingham and occasionally across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out general and specialist cleaning tasks (dusting, mopping, vacuuming, restroom cleaning, surface sanitisation, etc.)
* Operate cleaning machinery and equipment (jet washers, water-fed poles, carpet cleaners, etc.) where required
* Follow health & safety procedures and wear PPE when necessary
* Complete ad-hoc cleaning requests and emergency response work (e.g., flood clean-ups, event resets)
* Maintain professional standards and represent Csuuv Limited positively at client sites
Requirements
* Previous cleaning experience preferred, but not essential – full training provided
* Must be flexible and able to work at short notice (including evenings and weekends if required)
* Ability to travel across Birmingham and, occasionally, nationwide (transport support may be provided)
* Good communication skills and a professional attitude
* Reliability and strong attention to detail
* Must provide National Insurance (NI) Number and a valid Passport (or alternative Right-to-Work documentation) at interview/onboarding
Pay & Benefits
* Hourly rate: £12.21–£14 per hour (depending on assignment and level of work)

Location
* Primarily Birmingham-based, with opportunities to work at sites across the West Midlands and occasionally other parts of the UK.

* Presentation of National Insurance (NI) Number and Passport (or alternative Right-to-Work ID)
* Onboarding – successful applicants complete:
* Right-to-work verification
* E-learning training (COSHH, Sharps, Manual Handling, and other relevant courses)
* PPE/equipment induction
Pay: £12.21-£14.00 per hour
