We’re looking for a versatile and driven Copywriter to join our growing creative team, supporting a global client in the energy sector. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging content that aligns with brand strategy, business goals, and audience expectations.
Content Development:
1. Craft clear, compelling copy across multiple digital touchpoints, including websites, social media, email, and banner ads.
2. Localise and adapt global content for UK and regional markets, ensuring cultural and linguistic resonance.
3. Uphold and evolve brand tone of voice, ensuring consistency across all materials.
Collaboration & Campaign Execution:
1. Partner closely with designers, project managers, marketers, and client stakeholders to co-create integrated campaigns and assets.
2. Contribute to ideation, content planning, and campaign development, bringing a creative lens to business challenges.
Quality & Review:
1. Edit and proofread content for accuracy, tone, and clarity.
2. Apply stakeholder feedback to refine and improve deliverables within tight deadlines.
3. Maintain high standards for writing, attention to detail, and brand alignment.
Cultural & Market Awareness:
1. Stay current with cultural, linguistic, and digital trends to ensure content remains relevant and impactful.
2. Provide strategic insights on tone and messaging to enhance local engagement.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience:
1. Solid experience in a copywriting or content creation role, ideally within a marketing, digital, or agency environment.
2. Strong portfolio demonstrating writing for various channels (digital, social, web, etc.)
3. Experience writing for B2B and/or complex industry sectors (e.g., energy, technology, professional services).
4. Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
5. Self-starter with strong time management and the ability to work independently within global teams.
Desirable:
1. Background or experience in corporate communications or PR.
2. Familiarity with enterprise-level brand and content governance.
