As a Teaching Assistant, you'll:
* Work with pupils individually and in small groups, providing tailored support to meet their specific needs.
* Assist teachers with planning and delivering engaging lessons, ensuring all pupils have access to and understand the information presented.
* Create opportunities for pupils to explore their creativity and imagination through stimulating activities.
* Foster a nurturing and supportive environment where all pupils feel valued and empowered.
We're looking for someone who:
* Has experience working with children, particularly those with additional needs (desirable).
* Is passionate about learning and helping children achieve success.
* Is adaptable and flexible, tailoring their approach to meet each pupil's unique needs.
* Has an Enhanced DBS on the update service (or is willing to obtain one).
This is a full-time, long-term position with working hours from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
