Our team is made up of motivated Social Workers, Registered Psychotherapists, Registered Dietitians, Life Coaches, Yoga Practitioners, Reiki Masters, Registered Massage Therapists, graduate-level clinical Interns and more.

You’re a self‑motivated, creative, warm and compassionate practitioner who is looking to join a group practice focused on clinician‑client fit. Holistic Wellness Practitioners (F/T or P/T Independent Contractor)
Responsibilities
* Provide safe and effective services to clients in person and / or online around a variety of issues
* Engage in on‑going continuing education as needed
* Maintain a highly ethical practice
* Ability to adapt to client feedback and provide exceptional customer service
* Knowledge and ability of service contraindications and ability to adapt services as needed
* Complete charting as required
* Provide post‑session and home care recommendations to clients
* Ensure proper, safe use of clinic equipment
* Responsible for fostering a health attitude and working relationship with all team members
* Clean your practice area between appointments and set up for following appointments
* Communicating your availability to the office minimum three weeks in advance
Experience and Qualifications
* Relevant training and (if required) registration in good standing with the appropriate regulatory body, with a minimum of 2 years experience (including practicums)
* Courteous, warm and professional demeanor
* Experience independently conducting assessments, treatment planning, interventions and referrals for your clients
* Comfort working with clients from diverse backgrounds and with a variety of presenting needs
* Ability to provide trauma‑informed, anti‑oppressive care for your clients
Benefits
Pay rate will be determined based on experience and retention rate, with the office providing an online booking and chart management system (Jane), a physical office space, wifi, waiting room and kitchette, regular office cleaning, administrative support for billing and booking, and optional office meetings.
