Planning and Delivery Associate– Salary circa £35,000

Are you passionate about driving positive change and enabling high-impact delivery? An exciting opportunity has opened up within the IWR Data Science and Analytics team for aPlanning and Delivery Associateto support and enhance our growing capabilities.

As we continue to evolve our agile ways of working, we’re focused on delivering more responsive engagement, efficient and well-governed project execution, and greater visibility across our initiatives. To support this, we’re looking for someone to work alongside our Planning and Delivery Specialist to strengthen our planning and delivery function—helping us deliver market-leading analytics that support pricing, underwriting, claims, operations, and more.

A bit about the job:

In this role, you’ll help embed consistent and effective delivery methodologies—primarily Agile (Scrum/Kanban)—across our teams and projects. Your work will span from hands-on delivery management to supporting teams in becoming self-sufficient through improved processes and tools.

You’ll be instrumental in shaping our ‘Ways of Working’, covering everything from agile ceremonies and backlog management to stakeholder communication, governance, resourcing, and financial tracking. Tools like Jira and Confluence will be central to your day-to-day activities.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

* Experienced in project or delivery management, ideally within analytics, data, or IT environments.

* Familiar with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

* Organised, proactive, and a natural problem-solver.

* A strong communicator who can collaborate effectively across teams and with stakeholders.

* Comfortable working independently and objectively, taking accountability, with a focus on clarity, transparency, and governance—even in complex situations.
