We’re looking for an experienced and commercially driven Managing Director to lead three established insurance branches in the Fareham / Guildford region.
This is a senior leadership role with full Profit & Loss responsibility, focused on driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and building high-performing teams.
What you’ll be responsible for:
* Full P&L ownership across three branches
* Delivering revenue growth and improving profitability
* Leading and developing Branch Managers and senior teams
* Driving operational efficiency and best practice
* Ensuring FCA compliance and exceptional customer outcomes
* Strengthening insurer and key stakeholder relationships
What we’re looking for:
* Proven senior leadership experience within the insurance sector
* Strong P&L management track record
* Experience managing multiple branches or regional operations
* Commercially astute with strong financial literacy
* A hands‑on leader who builds accountable, high‑performing teams
