About This Role:
We are seeking an Associate Roving Personal Banker (SAFE) to join our National Branch Network within the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. This is your chance to make a real impact!
Your Responsibilities:
* Provide support across various branch locations, stepping in where needed.
* Adapt to changing priorities while ensuring customer needs are met.
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive outreach.
* Assist customers with account openings, service requests, and credit applications.
* Exercise sound judgment while following defined policies and procedures.
* Develop a deep understanding of our products to connect with customer needs.
* Build strong relationships with customers and refer them to appropriate services.
* Ensure compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act and related regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
* 6+ months of customer interaction experience or equivalent.
* Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
Desired Qualifications:
* Strong customer service skills with experience in complex transactions.
* Proactive engagement with customers through various outreach methods.
* Ability to educate customers on technology and mobile banking options.
* Experience in fostering strong customer relationships.
* Integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
Job Expectations:
* Willingness to travel 100% of the time within the district.
* Commute to assigned locations with mileage reimbursement provided.
* Availability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.
* Maintain cash drawer and handle cash-related tasks as needed.
* This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
* Must complete SAFE registration upon employment.
* Pass required language assessments.

Compensation:
This role is eligible for a 10% pay differential.
