IT Trainer / HR Systems Trainer (Interim – 4 Month Contract / FTC)
Location: West Midlands – Coventry / Birmingham / Warwickshire

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Trainer to support a major HR systems implementation across a large, complex organisation. This role will play a key part in ensuring end users are confident and capable in adopting the new system from day one.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality training sessions to a diverse user base as part of a large-scale HR systems rollout.
* Deliver pre-developed content, ensuring it is communicated clearly, engagingly, and effectively.
* Adapt delivery style to suit different audiences and learning preferences.
* Provide post-training support and guidance to ensure successful system adoption.
* Collaborate closely with the HR Systems and Implementation teams to understand project timelines and user needs.
About You
* Proven experience as an IT Trainer or Systems Trainer, ideally within HR or business systems.
* Experience delivering training for major system implementations.
* Microsoft Dynamics (D365) experience is highly advantageous.
* Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
* Ability to quickly understand new systems and confidently deliver content.
* Flexible, proactive, and able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced project environment.
Contract Details
* Initial 4-month interim contract with potential extension.
* Available on a day-rate or fixed-term contract basis.
* Hybrid working across the West Midlands (Coventry/Birmingham/Warwickshire).
