We have an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic manufacturer and distributor of bathroom-based products. With a strong heritage, excellent product range, and reputation for quality, this is a fantastic time to join as the business focuses on growth across the UK.
Role
We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to take ownership of the South East. The region includes South London, Surrey, Sussex, Kent, Hampshire, Buckinghamshire and parts of Hertfordshire. This role is a mix of account management and business development across a range of customers that currently generates circa £2m and is growing; these include independent merchants, buying groups (PHG, FORTIS, IBMG), national merchants and independent bathroom showrooms.
Region: South East including ( BN, PO, GU, RH, TN, CR, KT, CT, TW, SE, SM, SW, HP, SO )
The Opportunity
* This business has grown YOY, whilst a lot of companies are finding it challenging, the last two years have seen consistent growth.
* They are a quality manufacturer and distributor, with a strong reputation in the bathroom space
* You’ll have the support from a fantastic leadership team that is focused on results and adding value, working to strengths in building relationships and delivering outstanding service to all clients.
* Work autonomously and strategically to rebuild, develop and grow the region
* Support and structure in place – but you’ll have freedom to shape your approach
What We're Looking For
* Proven field sales experience in the bathroom, KBB, or interiors industry
* Strong self-management and organisational skills – someone proactive, not reactive
* A mix of commercial awareness, product passion, and relationship-building ability
* Confident in managing both volume accounts and premium retail clients
* Motivated by results and excited by the opportunity to grow a region from the ground up
Salary: Competitive + monthly bonus that is realistically another £10,000 + Hybrid Car + Benefits
