We are looking for a compassionate, committed, and professional Family Support Social Worker to join our experienced palliative care team. This is a unique opportunity for a social worker to support patients and their loved ones, using their skills and dedication to hospice care.
Our Family Support team is proud to prioritize patients and their families. You will provide emotional and psychological support to patients and loved ones on the inpatient ward and in day services. The salary range is £36,991.50 - £38,142.00 per annum (based on 37.5 hours/week, dependent on pension scheme).
Benefits include holiday entitlement and pension options, including the St John’s Hospice Pension Scheme (8% employer contribution) or NHS Pension, subject to eligibility.
