What you'll do
* Lead end-to-end analysis and design for major change and transformation programmes
* Facilitate dynamic workshops to uncover opportunities and challenge assumptions
* Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements that deliver real value
* Produce top-tier deliverables such as process maps, Target Operating Models, and impact assessments
* Collaborate with project and programme managers to ensure seamless delivery
* Support testing and business readiness for smooth transitions into BAU
* Apply Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies to drive success
* Champion continuous improvement and innovative solutions
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor
* Coach and develop Business Analysts, fostering a culture of excellence
About The Candidate
What we're looking for:
* A proven track record as a Senior Business Analyst delivering transformation across technology and operations
* Experience managing and mentoring Business Analysts
* Strong skills in process modelling, requirements definition, and solution design
* Confidence in facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders at all levels
* Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Familiarity with tools like Visio, Lucidchart, Miro/Mural, Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, and PowerBI
* Ideally, a BCS or IIBA Business Analysis certification and experience in NHS or large-scale transformation programmes
