Job Description We are a small and friendly firm of chartered accountants based in Cheltenham, providing a wide range of services to individuals, owner-managed businesses, and SMEs. We are looking for a reliable and proactive Part-Time (15-20 hrs a week) Administrator to support our team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
General office administration, including answering phone calls and managing emails
Organising client records and maintaining filing systems (physical and digital)
Assisting with client onboarding and document collection (e.g. ID and compliance paperwork)
Supporting the team with ad hoc tasks such as data entry and correspondence
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in an administrative role (accountancy or professional services experience a plus)
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage their own time effectively
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with digital filing systems
Friendly and professional communicator, both in person and in writing
Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information
