Responsibilities:As a Stores Coordinator, you will:
* Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records
* Assist with the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods
* Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to fulfil orders
* Maintain a clean and organised storeroom
* Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies
* Provide exceptional support to team members and contribute to a positive workplace culture
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
* Previous experience in a similar role or warehouse environment
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
* Experience with stock control software
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting
* Forklift licence or experience operating warehouse equipment
* Understanding of supply chain processes
