We have an exciting opportunity to join our Visitor Centre, working one day per week. This role requires availability on either Saturdays or Sundays.

Visitor Experience Brand Ambassador
You will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, welcoming visitors warmly and engaging with them positively to enhance their experience. You’ll ensure expectations are met—and exceeded—through exceptional guided factory tours and enthusiastic interpretation of our exhibitions and special events.
Key Duties Include
* Delivering our expected standards of service by providing a genuinely warm welcome and a highly engaging visitor experience. You’ll anticipate and meet our visitors’ needs while consistently demonstrating Triumph’s brand values.
* Attending training, team meetings, and individual discussions with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. You’ll collaborate with the Visitor Experience team to deliver the highest standards in line with Triumph’s brand values.
* Upholding the standards, procedures, and best practices defined by the Visitor Experience Manager.
* Leading high-quality, engaging, and informative factory tours, as well as other visitor engagement activities—always ensuring visitor enjoyment and safety.
* Supporting the presentation, development, and improvement of the Visitor Experience’s interpretation, guided tours, and storytelling.
Hours of Work
8.5 hours per week. This is a one-day-per-week weekend role, and you may be scheduled to work on either Saturday or Sunday, depending on business needs.
