The Role:
END. is seeking an experienced Management Accounting contractor to temporarily support the finance function through a period of change and increased business activity for approximately 5-6 months. This role will be full time hours, and play a key part in enhancing reporting capability, improving reporting efficiency, strengthening balance sheet governance, and supporting key business initiatives.
Here's a breakdown of what you'll be doing:
* Support the development and rollout of a refreshed Management Information (MI) pack.
* Develop uniform monthly reporting templates to support decision-making and analysis.
* Identify opportunities to automate reporting and reduce manual processes.
* Develop and strengthen balance sheet reconciliations and month-end control processes.
* Support external audit preparation and respond to audit queries.
* Support the rollout of overhead Purchase Order processes across the business.
* Provide finance support to wider business and technology change projects e.g. FX policy development.
Who we're looking for:
* Strong management accounting background with experience delivering month-end reporting.
* Strong balance sheet control and reconciliation capability.
* Experience improving the quality of reporting and streamlining processes.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
