Responsibilities as Chef de Partie
12. Support the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
13. Prepare and present food to a consistently high standard
14. Work as part of the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service
15. Maintain food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
16. Assist with stock control, deliveries, and monthly stock takes
17. Support and positively influence team members
18. Help across different sections of the kitchen as required
19. Act as an ambassador for the organisation when interacting with guests
What We’re Looking For
20. Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef ready to step up
21. Fresh food background with good attention to detail
22. Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen standards
23. Calm, organised, and reliable
24. Passion for quality produce and sustainable cooking
25. Legal right to work in the UK
