The post holder will provide administrative support to the Referral and Assessment Hub, ensuring a same-day response to community referrals for adults of working age. The role involves managing referrals transparently, ensuring patients receive appropriate care and treatment in the right place and at the right time.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Correct categorization of referrals (urgent, routine).
2. Overseeing the patient pathway, ensuring referrals, reviews, and appointments are processed within required timeframes.
3. Minute-taking at daily meetings and performing general administrative duties.
