An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancer to join a highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Warwickshire.
This role offers the chance to join a supportive and collaborative team, where you will inherit an established caseload and work on a range of high-quality residential property matters. This is not a volume conveyancing environment, instead the focus is on quality, client care, and delivering a high standard of legal service.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion, handling a variety of residential property transactions, including more complex matters. With strong administrative and back-office support in place, you will be able to focus on client relationships and technical work.
You will also work closely with an experienced and approachable team, with clear opportunities to progress as you continue to develop within the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from inception to completion
* Handling a range of transactions, including more complex matters
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Working collaboratively within a supportive team environment
About You:
* 5+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing
* Confident managing your own caseload independently
* Strong technical knowledge across residential property matters
* Organised, proactive, and client-focused
* Keen to work in a quality-driven, non-volume environment
