Overview
Responsibilities: As creators embrace TikTok Live, creators can earn directly from their content. The TikTok LIVE Agency Manager will cultivate connections and drive growth by sourcing agency leads, nurturing pipelines, and championing LIVE agency success. This role focuses on building strategic, enduring relationships with LIVE agencies across the UK to boost LIVE business revenue and expand our ecosystem.
As part of the Europe Regional Operations Team, the TikTok LIVE Agency Manager helps secure sustainable growth for TikTok LIVE by expanding our network of LIVE agency partners, delivering LIVE education to creators, and ensuring a steady supply of high-quality content and interactions.
Responsibilities
* Identify and strategically recruit local MCNs, agencies and organizations to provide livestream creators for TikTok LIVE
* Create partnerships, build long-term relationships, educate, train and manage agencies and agency-managed creators
* Motivate agencies to provide more and better live streamers across a variety of content verticals
* Monitor weekly/monthly TikTok data of agencies, draft and optimize the operational plan accordingly
* Support in the creation of regional operations policies, contracts, education tools and terms for agencies working with cross-functional teams globally
* Host regular workshops and training sessions to enhance agency success, ensuring agencies stay updated on trends, tools, and strategies for maximizing impact on TikTok LIVE
* Organise and host events and roadshows to boost awareness and engagement with the TikTok LIVE Agency program
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
* Proven track record in sales and business development within the social media, tech or B2B sector with an understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
* Proficiency in identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships to drive growth
* Demonstrated result-oriented approach with a track record of achieving targets and proficient data analysis to inform decisions
* Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends, competitor landscapes, and opportunities for TikTok LIVE expansion within the agency realm
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate concepts and negotiate effectively while fostering long-term client relationships
Preferred Qualifications:
* 5+ years of industry experience in live-streaming, video-sharing, social media, tech, or startups is preferred
* Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
* Experience creating and executing sales strategies aligned with business objectives
* Experience developing and presenting proposals tailored to agency partners and communicating TikTok LIVE’s value proposition
* Proactive, self-motivated mindset with a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork
* Team-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous performance improvement
