Position: Sous Chef
Location: Bristol, BS1 5LF.
Rate of Pay: £31,300 per annum.
Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, 7am to 3.30pm (rota basis).
Key Responsibilities
* Invent and create menus aligned with client and customer needs.
* Produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service.
* Enjoy the food produced and ensure it is picture‑perfect each time.
* Assist in developing and producing new service styles and food concepts.
* Communicate with relevant parties for planned menus and order necessary ingredients.
