Your Role as a Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager:
As a Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist clients with policy changes and follow up with carriers as needed
* Provide outstanding client service and manage time-sensitive issues
* Handle a high volume of calls, emails, and paperwork while maintaining accuracy
* Guide clients through complex paperwork to reduce confusion
* Research and resolve complex issues with proactive solutions
* Maintain detailed records of correspondence in our client relationship system
* Continuously develop your technical knowledge through training and vendor meetings
What We’re Looking For:
* 2-3+ years of experience in Personal Lines Property and Casualty insurance
* Active Property & Casualty License is required
* Experience with Agency Management systems (Applied Epic and EZLynx preferred)
* Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
* High proficiency in quoting through Independent Agency’s appointed carriers
* Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
* Ability to adapt to changing demands in a growing company
