The Role
* Deliver engaging, inclusive lessons in line with the national curriculum (KS1 or KS2)
* Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment
* Foster a love of learning through innovative and child-centred teaching methods
* Assess and track pupil progress, identifying areas for support and challenge
* Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and wider stakeholders to support pupils\' holistic development
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* A proven track record (or potential) of delivering high-quality teaching and learning
* Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A passion for helping children achieve their full potential
