Are you an Electrical Design Engineer with a background in Building Services looking for a hybrid role where you can advance your career with an innovative consultancy that offers a progression path to Directorship and development training along the way?

In this role, you will be leading electrical designs for multiple projects, overseeing the junior engineers on their technical work, carrying out load assessments and assisting the project director in assessing team performance, setting objectives and implementing solutions to enhance project efficiency.
This role would suit an Electrical Design Engineer with a background in Building Services looking for a hybrid role where you can progress into a Principal role within an innovative company known for its outstanding industry reputation and high-level projects.
The Role:
Project lead on electrical designs
Overseeing junior engineers on their technical work
Carrying out load assessments
Working with the Project Director to assess team performance
Hybrid role - Monday to Thursday - 8am - 6pm, every other Friday offThe Person:
