Job responsibilities
As a PCN Paramedic at Operose Health, your primary responsibilities will involve providing care to presenting patients from initial history taking through clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care. You will demonstrate safe, clinical decision‑making and expert care, particularly with assessment and diagnosis skills within the general practice. Collaborative work with the general practice team is essential to meet patient needs, support policy and procedure delivery, and offer nurse leadership when necessary.
Ideal candidate
* Experience in a Primary Care setting.
* NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice credentials or working towards non‑medical prescriber.
* Minor injury and illness qualification essential and ability to maintain and monitor standards of care.
* Level 7 (MSc) Practitioner preferred; candidates with accreditation or a MSc course to ACP status may also be considered.
Package description
* Annual salary up to £60,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications
Experience in a Primary Care setting, NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice credentials or working towards non‑medical prescriber, minor injury and illness qualification, level 7 (MSc) Practitioner preferred.
