Telehandler Driver Required in Burnley
Driver Hire Blackburn is currently recruiting for an experienced Telehandler Driver to work on behalf of a well-established construction client based in Burnley.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and safety-conscious CPCS Telehandler Driver or NPORS Telehandler Operator looking for ongoing construction site work in Lancashire.
The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting site operations, including the safe unloading and movement of roof trusses, construction materials, and site deliveries.
Telehandler Driver Duties
1. Operating a Telehandler safely and efficiently on a busy construction site
2. Taking deliveries of roof trusses and construction materials
3. Loading, unloading, and moving materials around site
4. Supporting site management and trades as required
5. Conducting daily vehicle checks
6. Following all health and safety procedures
7. Assisting with general site logistics
Requirements
To be considered for this Telehandler Driver position, you must have:
8. Valid CPCS Telehandler Card or NPORS Telehandler Certification
9. Previous experience operating a Telehandler on construction sites
10. Good understanding of site safety procedures
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
12. Reliable and punctual approach to work
13. Experience handling large deliveries such as roof trusses is advantageous
