Glenbrook Spencer Academy
We are seeking to appoint an office receptionist and admin assistant to join our school. The successful candidate will be a positive team member with excellent communication skills who is ready to support our staff and families of Glenbrook.
Glenbrook is ambitious, supportive, and committed to excellence. It is a diverse community with learners from different backgrounds, ethnicities, and belief systems. We secured a Good OFSTED judgement in November 2022 and have continued to make progress since then. The successful candidate would join a high-performing team and be supported by colleagues within the academy and from the Spencer Academy Trust.
SAT is an educational charity, Multi-Academy Trust, and Sponsor of Academies. We have approximately 18,000 children and young people in our academies and employ more than 2,800 teachers, leaders, and educational support professionals across the East Midlands. Candidate Requirements
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, Excel
* Knowledge of customer service principles
* Experience working on a busy reception
* Excellent customer service skills, discretion, patience, tact, and confidentiality
* Good command of English and empathetic approach to diverse cultures
* Good computer skills, internet familiarity
* Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, use initiative, and motivate oneself
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, in person, telephone, and written
