Customer Service Advisor
Our client, a logistics company based on the outskirts of Telford, is looking for a temporary to permanent Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team. The role is full-time and involves working in a busy environment handling 3000-5000 parcels daily.
You will manage customer inquiries through various channels such as telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions, providing high levels of customer service, assisting drivers and the operations team, and working within a customer service team in an open-plan office.
Your responsibilities include developing and maintaining excellent communication with team members, following up on additional information required by internal and external departments, and responding to inquiries, resolving first-level issues, and referring complex calls to appropriate departments.
Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience in Customer Service
* Personable, hardworking, and eager to learn new skills
* Forward-thinking
* IT skills, including proficiency with multiple operating systems
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
* Ability to work within regulatory standards
All training will be provided.
Hours
07:00 - 18:30, Monday to Friday, with Saturday on rota
Salary
£12.95 per hour
