We are recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to join our client within the transport & distribution industry, focusing on sourcing and engaging top talent for the organisation. This fixed-term position requires a proactive approach to recruitment and excellent organisational skills.

This organisation is a well-established player in the transport & distribution sector, based in Stafford looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join them on a Fixed Term Contract. The company operates on a large scale, offering a collaborative and structured environment that values employee contribution.

Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising roles and shortlisting candidates.
Coordinate interviews and communicate effectively with hiring managers throughout the process.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and industry standards.
Collaborate with the HR team to understand workforce planning needs.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate progression.
Provide timely updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress.
Use a variety of sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates.
Support initiatives to improve the overall recruitment experience for candidates and managers.Profile

A successful Recruitment Administrator should have:

Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within the transport & distribution industry.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
A proactive and organised approach to managing multiple tasks.
