Are you eager to take charge of your own desk at a respected and well-established recruitment business with an exceptional reputation in the compliance and legal space?
This is a rare opportunity to build out a new ‘In-house legal’ desk as part of a well-connected business. You will be joining with over a decade’s worth of warm relationships to utilise and an exceptional pre-existing candidate network. The team are incredible high performing and down to earth, focusing on collaboration to allow success and not working in silos or going ‘head-to-head’.
The team around you has 3 £600k + billers who want to share their relationships and success to build out this new pillar within the organisation, alongside the very successful private practice division.
The Ideal candidate
This is a perfect role for someone who has established their skills as a legal recruiter, is billing successfully and now wants to make a move to a business where you are empowered to build a desk and earn commission that will help you achieve your personal goals and financial milestones. You’ve launched your career and now it’s time to BUILD it.
You will be:
* Billing at least £15-20k per month consistently (on track for a £180k+ year)
* Interested and experienced in ‘In-House Legal’
* Ambitious – you want to grow a desk, not just work on someone else’s
* Motivated by high performance and being known as a subject matter expert
* Collaborative and intelligent
* Looking for a business that empowers individuals and promotes your professional development

* £40-45k base salary, commission up to 40%
