Are you a passionate and motivated Teaching Assistant looking to make a difference in supporting young people's education? Affinity Workforce Solutions are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant/ Learning support role within the Swindon area, working with schools across The Whitehorse Federation. Whether your passion lies in Primary, Secondary, or Special Educational Needs (SEN) environments, we offer a variety of placements to match your experience and enthusiasm. Key Responsibilities Of The Role: Supporting the teaching staff to help implement the KS1 and KS2 curriculum. Under the supervision of the class teacher, undertake a range of directed activities to support the educational and development needs of pupils. Assist in the evaluation of student progress while feeding this back to the teacher. Assist teachers with the organisation and maintenance of the classroom resources.Essential Requirements: Good standard of education (5 x GCSE's - English and Maths C or above). Valid enhance DBS. Right to Work in the UK. A positive, can-do attitude.Desirables: Have experience working with children (Does not have to be within a school setting).
