About the Role
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will look after residents’ needs to enable quality, person‑centred care and support. Your key responsibilities include:
* Supervising and inspiring a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
* Supporting the clinical team in specific areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.
* Respecting the dignity and preferences of residents and contributing to a warm, welcoming, vibrant environment.
About You
We seek candidates who meet the following qualifications:
* NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
* Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
* Warm‑hearted, compassionate, committed to individualised care and support.
* Openness to ongoing training and career development with opportunities to progress into Care Practitioner, Regional Carer or nursing roles.
