Overview
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a site-based Account Operations Manager who will work closely with the Account Director to ensure that the WBD Contract / Estate is a safe and secure venue for staff and visitors alike. The Account Operations Manager is responsible for managing the security team from an operational perspective, ensuring a high level of service delivery and contractual compliance. You will be working various hours Monday to Friday across Warner Brother Studio's locations.
Responsibilities
* Report and monitor all commercial aspects of the WBD contract, including purchase orders, invoicing, and the profit and loss statements
* Deputise for the AD, as and when required
* Coordinate and manage the staffing of the security team, ensuring that all staff are thoroughly trained, briefed, inducted and capable of delivering an excellent security service accompanied with strong customer service
* Build a strong team culture across the security team, ensuring they act as one in delivering the security service at WBD, via the DSMs
* Coordinate routine checks on licensing, uniform, and site emergency procedure knowledge, via DSM / Compliance
* Assist the AD in planning security for events, meeting external stakeholders, liaising with internal teams and attendance on the night if required (e.g. VIP/Royal visits)
* Ensure staff training is up to date and contractual training courses are booked, ensuring that the training matrix is regularly updated
* Have an awareness of HR procedures and be responsible for driving and maintaining discipline on site, escalating any issues to the AD
* Ensure effective management and administration of Security Systems (TrakTik & CMS for example)
* Ensure effective team management and administration of key movements, via DSMs
* To explore the possibility of joining a security body/organisation and stay close to industry developments
* Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus
Qualifications
* A valid SIA Front-Line License - essential
* Full UK Driving License - essential
* 5 years experience in Security Management at a similar level
* Competency and proven experience in commercial reporting, P&L etc.
* Experience in working within a multi-use estate e.g. Public Attractions, Events, Exhibitions
* Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Software Packages (e.g. Excel)
* Able to achieve vetting to BS7858 Standards
