We’re seeking a talented Power BI Developer to support a major data migration and modernisation programme within a Microsoft Fabric environment. This is a hands-on role focused on transforming legacy SQL-based systems into scalable, cloud-first solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
 1. Work within a Microsoft Fabric environment, focusing on:Data warehousingData lakesMigration from SQL-based systems
 2. Lead dataset migration and reporting activities aligned with the broader data strategy.
 3. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
 4. Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure reporting solutions meet business needs.
 5. Contribute to a major lift-and-shift and modernisation project.
 6. Support issue reporting and resolution across data platforms.
 7. Collaborate with internal teams to roll out training and monitor adoption.
 8. Develop eLearning modules to improve user understanding and engagement with Power BI tools.
What you'll need to succeed
 9. Proven experience in Power BI development and data visualisation.
 10. Strong understanding of Microsoft Fabric, data lakes, and warehousing concepts.
 11. Experience in migrating datasets from SQL-based systems.
 12. Excellent stakeholder engagement andmunication skills.
 13. Ability to create intuitive, impactful dashboards and reports.
 14. Familiarity with eLearning tools and training rollout is a plus.
