Your main day to day responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
* Create, review, and regularly update a variety of Business Change planning tools and checklists and maintain engagement with business stakeholders to monitor, assure and assess business readiness for implementation.
* Identify relevant stakeholders ensuring their inclusion in stakeholder engagement plans and acting as the point of contact for your key stakeholders.
* Work closely with the wider Automation Centre to support the delivery of business benefits and outcomes and having responsibility for feeding into the overall automation change plan, providing direction and input into the design and approach on behalf of customer groups.
* Regularly review and update business change plans (deliverables, activities, and interventions) with the appropriate business stakeholders.
* Work with Stakeholder Managers and Project/Delivery Managers to create and maintain Business Change related communication plans, including writing key messaging and providing content.
Working Pattern
This role is available on a full-time basis with the option of compressed hours working. This role is also suitable for part-time working hours.
Travel
Occasional travel will be required to other Home Office locations across the UK. Any associated costs will be reimbursed in line with Home Office policy.
Person specification
Essential Criteria
You must have previous Business Change Management experience in large operational environments or complex organisations and be able to demonstrate the following skills:
* Excellent understanding and experience of best practice Change Management principles, methodologies, tools, and applying them within projects and programme environments.
* Identify, build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders of all levels, creating positive relationships in complex environments.
* Engage with senior stakeholders with proven relationship building and influencing skills, holding challenging conversations to get to the heart of issues.
* Work independently in a complex and ambiguous environment, being able to flex depending on business priorities.
* Excellent project management and organisational skills. Fully proficient at planning, risk management and dependency management, prioritising work appropriately to meet tight deadlines.
* Experience of creating communications plans and drafting key messaging with the ability to translate technical jargon into easily digestible information.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to provide key messaging tailored to different stakeholder audiences.
* Advanced IT skills in the use of MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Mural and SharePoint.
Desirable criteria
* You will hold or be willing to work towards relevant qualification, e.g. one of: APMG - Change Management, Change Management Institute ACMF (Accredited Change Manager Foundation); MSP Practitioner; Prosci ADKAR1 Model or equivalent.
* Experience of delivering Business Change in a Digital environment.

If you are successful at sift stage, you will be invited to an interview that will be Behaviours (as listed in the job advert) and Strength based questions.
The interview will take place via video, using Microsoft Teams.
In addition, candidates will be asked to prepare a presentation that will be delivered at interview. The presentation question/scenario will be disclosed closer to the interviews.
