Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development, strategy, and roadmap across key platform areas.
* Define clear roadmaps, prioritise product features, and ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.
* Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and sales teams to deliver best-in-class digital experiences.
* Analyse market trends and customer feedback to inform strategy.
* Oversee the product lifecycle, from inception through launch and optimisation.
* Monitor platform performance and implement improvements.
* Proven experience as a Product Manager with strong strategic vision.
* Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, and systems.
* Ability to define KPIs and work to measurable outcomes.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
* Experience with product launches and cross-functional collaboration.
* Data-driven and customer-focused, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
