Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Sourcing and attracting candidates using various methods including job boards and LinkedIn Attending university career fairs and networking events globally Building rapport with candidates and “selling” the opportunity confidently Building relationships with academic institutions across the UK, US, and Europe Cold calling and proactively engaging new candidates Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Maintaining accurate records using our ATS and internal systems Serve as a positive and professional ambassador for NETbuilder Compensation & Commission Base Salary: £35,000 per annum Commission: £100 per hire (first 5 hires) £200 per hire (from the 6th hire onwards) Additional Bonuses: Based on team and individual performance Location & Working Hours Office Attendance: Mandatory 4 days/week (Monday to Thursday) in our Central London office Full-time: 40 hours per week What We’re Looking For Recruitment, outbound telesales, or sales experience preferred but not essential Must come from a fast-paced, target-driven environment Strong interpersonal skills and confident communicator Able to take initiative and quickly adapt to new challenges Passionate about working in tech recruitment on a global scale Must be available to start immediately Must have the right to work in the UK and a valid UK passport Ready to Make an Impact?
