Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Onboarding Consultant to oversee the customer onboarding process for data management services including Packaging, WEEE, Batteries, and Plastic Tax. They will utilize their process management skills to onboard clients into EPIC efficiently and accurately, ensuring an excellent onboarding experience. The focus will be on international regulations and services.
The role requires a strong technical understanding of Valpak’s data processes and collaboration with Account Managers. Responsibilities include communicating with clients for data collection, setting up relevant data tools and DSF rules, and completing necessary EPIC processes for submissions. After onboarding, the submission process will be handed over to the Account Manager.
Responsibilities
Objectives
* Complete customer onboarding within agreed timeframes and with high accuracy to maximize revenue recognition.
* Develop and refine a standard onboarding process for EPIC.
* Identify opportunities to improve onboarding efficiency.
* Review contracts to ensure scope of work is met.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients alongside Account Managers.
* Communicate data requirements effectively to clients for quality data collection.
Ensure accurate late submissions for International Packaging and Plastic Tax, including collating environmental data and analyzing weights data using EPIC.
* Gather necessary environmental data, including weights.
* Use EPIC to analyze data and complete late submissions.
* Provide data insights to support verification processes.
Collaborate internally by:
* Communicating with the International Admin team regarding registration data progress.
* Providing thorough data handovers to Account Managers post-onboarding.
* Supporting sales processes as needed.
Skills
* At least one year of experience in data management with understanding of EPIC processes.
* Strong planning and organizational skills.
* Effective communication skills.
* Analytical, goal-oriented, and self-motivated mindset.
Qualifications
* Minimum: Educated to at least A level standard or equivalent.
* Desirable: Degree level education or equivalent.
