Pathway Group is seeking a dedicated Quality and Performance Coach to help us raise standards, support Tutors, and deliver exceptional learner outcomes across our contracts.
In this pivotal role, you’ll provide coaching, mentoring, and quality assurance to ensure our Tutors deliver outstanding teaching and assessment. You’ll also play a key role in implementing our new Quality Strategy — focused on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the lead Quality and Performance Coach for assigned contracts, providing tailored 1:1 support to Tutors.

Deliver engaging CPD and training sessions, capture and act on stakeholder feedback, and support induction for new Tutors.
*
Conduct observations of teaching, learning, and assessment (OTLA) and participate in deep dives to review curriculum delivery.
*
Support learner progress through effective monitoring, reporting, and action planning.
*
Collaborate with Contract Leads, Quality Managers, and Tutors to ensure professional standards and performance goals are met.
*
Engage in self-assessment and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) activities to drive consistency and excellence across delivery.
*
Champion professional development and contribute to standardisation across the Quality and Operations teams.
About You:
You’ll be a confident coach and mentor, capable of inspiring others to improve and excel. You’ll combine a solid understanding of quality assurance with excellent communication and organisational skills.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Recognised IQA, teaching, and assessing qualifications.

Proven experience in supporting remote and onsite teams.

Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.

Proficiency with electronic systems and ePortfolios.
