Social, Emotional, Mental Health Mentor £20,630 - £21,327 p.a. for 37 hours a week (term-time/39 weeks a year) (£23,500 - £24,294 p.a. pro-rata) Could you become part of a specialised team and help to change the future of many young lives in a positive way? We are looking for a confident and self-motivated individual to work with our pastoral and SEND teams. The role will be to support students, with guidance from the Mental Health Lead, aged 11 – 18 with low-level mental health needs. You will encourage and guide students through group mentoring programmes and ensure appropriate referrals to other agencies as necessary. Suitably qualified, ideally with an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, you will support students on a 1:1 through all year groups, including our 6th Form.
