Job Description
Reed Engineering are working alongside our client who are looking to add a HSEQ Advisor to their team on a permanent basis. You’ll be based in the Alloa area.
Hours: Monday – Thursday 8am – 4.30pm, Friday 8am – 3.45pm
Salary: £45K – £50K
Daily Duties –
* Review, compile, and amend IMS procedures and project HSEQ plans
* Measure, monitor, identify trends, and report HSEQ statistics
* Participate and lead audits internally, at suppliers and with third parties
* Perform risk assessments and HAZIDS
* Identify improvements with the workplace and work cross functionally to implement and embed the improvements ensuring positive results
* Ensure relevant data is recorded, actioned, and closed in a timely manner e.g. non-conformities, hazards, accidents, and incidents
* Give advice and guidance with regards to HSEQ IMS and other HSEQ issues
* Deliver HSEQ training to the workforce
Candidate Requirements –
* NEBOSH qualification (or working towards it)
* Internal Auditor either 90001, 140001 or 450001
* Minimum 3 years’ experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment
* IOSH, CQI, or IEMA membership (desirable)
