Keeping Everything on Track
* You’ll manage and refine the processes that keep our Growth Team work in an efficient way.
* Stay on top of daily, weekly, and monthly feedback/reporting cycles to make sure everyone’s in the loop.
* Compile key insights like appointment data, performance metrics, and trends to share with stakeholders.
Turning Leads into Wins
* Support lead generation efforts through tools like Cognism, events, and webinars – and ensure the Business Development pipeline is always moving forward.
* Keep things organised by tracking and reporting on all the progress made with leads, campaigns, and conversions. For example, working on Mid-Market referral and managing the inbox query.
Supporting the Team
1. Be the go-to person for admin tasks like diary management, expense claims, and preparing documents.
