What You’ll Bring:
* Agency Experience: 8+ years in technical production roles within a live event, experiential, or exhibitions agency.
* Technical Depth: Expert knowledge of AV, lighting, sound, rigging, LED, and scenic construction (immersive tech/XR a plus).
* Software Skills: Proficiency in CAD/Vectorworks and industry finance software (e.g., PROCIM).
* Compliance & Budgets: Strong commercial acumen managing £1m+ budgets and a solid understanding of global health and safety (IOSH, CDM).
* Leadership & Travel: Proven track record of managing internal teams and a willingness to travel internationally.
Why You’ll Love It:
* Great Time Off: 27 days holiday (plus bank holidays), annual loyalty days (up to 3), and your birthday off.
* Financially Savvy Perks: Payday early finishes (15:00), gym contributions, and tech/EV/cycle-to-work schemes.
* Culture & Wellbeing: Private healthcare (after 1 year), £250 personal learning budget with external coaching, and weekly office drinks.
* Incredible Travel: Opportunities for luxury overseas familiarisation trips (past destinations include South Africa, Abu Dhabi, and France).
