Office Manager
Location: Hollywell Avenue, Codnor, Ripley, DE5 9SG – Yarningdale care home, Ripley.
Contract: 40 hours per week; weekends not required but flexibility needed.
Salary: £30,222.40 per year.
Care Home: Yarningdale – rated 'Good' by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Yarningdale is part of Exemplar Health Care, a leading nursing care provider that supports adults living with dementia, complex mental health needs, and neuro‑disabilities including brain injuries and Huntington’s disease.
Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate financial records and the purchase ordering/sales ledger system.
* Effectively manage budgetary controls.
* Complete staff records, including attendance and holiday records.
* Process payroll information.
* Act as the first point of contact for colleagues, residents, and visitors.
* Oversee the home’s general enquiries.
* Promote choice, dignity and independence.
Qualifications

* Experience of working in administration or office management.
* Efficient data processing skills.
* Keen attention to detail.
* The ability to work to deadlines.
* An approachable and friendly personality.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Good working IT knowledge and digital skills.
