As an Optical Assistant, you\'ll be the friendly face at the heart of our stores working among a team of experienced professionals, delivering unmatched customer service every single day.

Responsibilities include acting as the friendly face at the heart of the store, contributing to a team of experienced professionals, and delivering customer service to support the store\'s service standards.
What we\'re looking for
* Previous optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant
* Happy with full time or part time
* Passion for providing excellent customer service and making customers\' lives easier
* Great teamwork
* A good initiative
* Confidence in using IT systems
* Excellent communication and listening skills
* Prepared to step out of your comfort zone and try something new
