Brief Description:
* Duration: Permanent, full-time, flexible working patterns considered.
* Location: Based in The Quadrant:MK. Must live within 90 minutes of the office or be willing to self-relocate.
* Band & Salary: 3B £46,701 - £52,538 per annum, depending on experience.
About The Role:
The Systems Thinking Team Partnership transforms service delivery across Network Rail and the industry, focusing on systemic solutions to major challenges. The role involves working on the 21st Century Maintenance programme, which impacts the entire national Maintenance organization responsible for infrastructure upkeep.

What does an average day look like?

* Experience managing cross-functional teams and meeting deadlines.
* Influencing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Business management, data analysis, and reporting skills.
* Employee and industrial relations experience.
